My History

Being a certified Primal Health Coach, we are centered on ancestral health principals, a scientifically validated wellness plan that mimics that of our primal ancestors and supports our genetic evolutionary blueprint with real food, low carb eating, inspired movement and play.The reduction of stress and increased balance in all aspects of life. As part of the ancestral health movement, the Primal bluebrint nutrition, fitness and lifestyle behaviour program has transformed the lives of hundreds of thousands of people and countingAlso at Strength of MindBody we are Egoscue University Certified Therapists and Certified Strength Coaches. Our approach to therapeutic exercise is based on fundamental anatomical, physiological and biomechanic principles. By using the primal blueprint of the human body as a guide, our goal is to bring about a state of muscular balance and internal homeostasis to the individual. Our primary objective is to remove the person's structural dysfunction, correct posture and eliminate the cause of pain.Through our Primal and ancestral principals coupled with The Egoscue Method and now with the added inclusion of Amino Neuro Frequency Therapy we have helped countless individuals tap into their body’s ability to heal themselves and free themselves of chronic pain. This easy and gentle method has a 94% success rate without the use of drugs, surgery or manipulation. We teach YOU how to regain control of your health without becoming dependent on another person or a machine.

 Most Therapies treat the site of your pain, but more often than not, the pain returns. Postural Therapy looks for the source of your pain. Eliminating that pain by returning your body back to its perfectly primal and balanced state, no matter what your age.

Once we have eliminated your chronic pain and have started to return your body back to its original fundamental design, our next step is to introduce primal lifestyle choices that gets you back to eating whole foods, moving more frequently, building strength through lifting heavy things and functional movement patterning by sprinting once in awhile, just like our healthy ancestors. Strength training is paramount in keeping the muscles, bones, ligaments and tendons of the body strong and supple in order to protect the body from slipping back into the state it previously was. Coupled with functional movement patterns such as crawling, rolling, jumping, lateral shifts, climbing over and under object, movement patterns YOUR body was designed to do and has done so when you were young. This is crucial because the greater your movement box and the stronger the muscles are, the more bulletproof you become and the better quality of life you will have.
