To correct your posture we first start with a full posture analysis that will include posture photo's, a functional test which will show up your bodies compensation and a Gait analysis. We then, using our E-Pete software generate postural exercises specific for your postural dysfunctions. Being a Postural Alignment Specialist Certified by the Egoscue University we truly believe that to have a body that performs well with NO LIMITATIONS and NO PAIN you must get the body aligned back to its fundamental design, which is ankle under knee, knee under hips, hips under shoulder and ears directly over the middle of the shoulder (viewed from the side). Also both left and right must be balanced through the shoulder, hips knees and feet (viewed from the front).

Please wear light-colored, workout-type clothing.
Your therapist will want to see your shoulders, hips, knees and ankles as best they can. So shorts above the knee and a t-shirt (not loose), tank top or sports bra.

Once we have established a pain free and aligned foundation from your postural therapy program we look at strengthening the musculature which ultimately influence movement. To increase performance we strengthen the movement patterns through neurological, motor and muscular adaptation. All athletic movements centre around the following movement patterns: Knee dominate movement, hip dominate movement, pushing, pulling, pressing and rotational/core patterns.
All forms of everyday movement comprises of the four mentioned patterns. By strengthening the major muscle of the posterior chain and kinetic chain we increase force output on all the above movements which will give us increased performance in our athletic and our everyday lives. Your training programme will begin with a muscular strength, stretch and imbalance test to indicate any further dysfunctions. Your strength and performance programme will be custom planned to your specific needs and goals.
As a strength coach my main goal is to increase your performance and not just add kilo's to your bench press or squat. Once we have achieved a certain level of strength in the main movement patterns we look at enhancing the efficiency of that movement. Once that certain level of strength has been reached, is spending more energy and time adding more kilo's to your squat really going to make you a better athlete. There is a cut off point as to where the cost of input out weights the output. Simply put would adding 20kg's to LeBron James squat going to make him a better basketballer? NO. Becoming a better mover and well rounded athlete will make him a better basketballer. So don't be tricked into thinking it's always better to keep adding weight to the bar. This is why it is vitally important to have a coach who can make you a better performer not just a better lifter.

How does ANF Therapy work?
We are all made of atoms and electrons, in essence we are all energy and because we are energy our bodies have a natural electrical current that provides inter cellular communication through electromagnetic signalling. The kind of health coaching I do is based on based on an ancestral primal Lifestyle, that means getting back to a nutrient dense anti inflammatory way of eating, similar to our hunter gatherer ancestors. Your health determines your ability to produce, if you truly want to master yourself and chance your life, then your core's health and wellness is paramount in making that happen.

Clan, your family - what else is there. Really think about it. Why do you do what you do. Why do you push everyday to achieve and produce a life of true value and purpose. Many of us get side tracked with our careers, hobbies and sporting endeavours at the expense of that deep connection to our loved ones. We humans crave connections on so many levels, and its these connections that fill our hearts with meaning and purpose. We could create a multi million dollar company, be the best sportsperson on the planet, but what does it mean when you have no one to share your highs and your lows with. Your Clan is what defines you, it becomes your legacy, so leave a legacy of greatness.

Cash, its really self explanatory. To master ones life requires a certain level of financial success.
